Lunch - 1 ham sandwich.
Dinner- 1 Fish sandwich
snack - 2 little donuts.

Reflection
So while me and hubby was out doing errands, he got hungry so he decided to stop by a fast food place to get something to eat. But I told him that I wasn't eating anything from fast food anymore. So I didn't, I set there and talked with him while he ate. I'm proud of myself for not giving in to the smells of a cheeseburger. So 1 step closer to food freedom. Food noise is a thing.
